This is my 1974 super beetle that I just acquired. This car has been sitting since 1986 in a shop in the Texas Panhandle. Got it home and got it running, now it’s time to restore it. Very little rust on the car. Floor pan and chassis are in great shape so this will be an “on chassis” restoration. Mostly stock with a few extras. Engine will be rebuilt, and my plan is to add some displacement and performance extras for a little more horsepower.
I have enjoyed your youtube videos and have subscribed. I have learned a lot from your videos and since this is my first VW project I will continue to watch to help me get through this project. Thanks for what you do!
